The West Valley Water District (WVWD) announced today that the Administrative Record for the recent Wellhead Treatment for perchlorate is available for public review.
The Administrative Record file includes documents that form the basis for selection of the recent removal action to address perchlorate treatment at several well locations. Documents in the record may include but are not limited to preliminary assessment, permits, Board of Director actions, environmental documents, construction documents, inspection reports and test results. All interested persons are encouraged to review the documents and provide comments.
The documents will be available for public review during normal business hours (Mon.-Fri. 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.) at the following locations:

WVWD will accept comments regarding the Administrative Record during the public comment period which begins on October 22, 2007 and ends on November 20, 2007. At the end of the thirty-day (30) comment period, a written response to all pertinent comments will be prepared in a responsiveness summary and placed in the file.
