The District encourages employees to enroll in educational programs that will aid them in the performance of their current jobs, or better qualify them for positions that are important to the continued successful operation of the District.

An employee can receive up to $5,000 per fiscal year, and should successfully complete the course(s) with a “C” or equivalent passing grade to qualify for the loan.

If an employee remains employed by the District for 24 months after completing any course, the loan will be forgiven.
