I am responsible for the operation of our Billing, Customer Service, and Accounting Departments. I have to make sure we have the cash on hand to meet our obligations.
Through Customer Service, we are also instrumental in getting the word out to our customers about all matters relating to your account and your water usage.
I am a Certified California Municipal Treasurer, a Certified Revenue Officer, and a member of the Rialto Business and Professional Woman's Association.
My goals are to improve customer service through advanced technology and to provide our Board of Directors and the executive staff of the District with the financial tools necessary to make the best decisions.
