Water is one of our most precious resources, and we must do everything we can to conserve and ensure our water supply for the future.

Water is Our Personal Responsibility
Of the Earth's water supply, 97% is salt water and is not suitable for drinking. That leaves only 3% of the water supply for all of the people on Earth, so it makes sense that we must preserve and conserve water.

Every little bit helps. We all need to make changes in our lifestyles to help conserve California’s water. We must realize water conservation is our personal responsibility and with so many different ways that we enjoy water, it just makes sense we all need to do our part.

Saving Energy & Money
Helping to conserve water means helping the environment as well as saving energy and money. Conserving the water we have today helps minimize the effects of water shortages and helps us guarantee our fight against the drought.

We live in a desert area and receive less annual precipitation than most other parts of the country, which makes it even more important that we each do our part to conserve.
