Report a Water Quality Issue
We Safeguard Water Quality Standards
Last year, as in years past, your tap water met all U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and State Drinking Water Health Standards. West Valley Water District vigilantly safeguards its water supplies, and once again we are proud to report that our system has not violated any water quality standards.

We tested for over 80 contaminants to ensure your water quality. This was not without expense. In 2008, water quality analysis costs were $239,973.64. For more details, view the 2008 Consumer Confidence Report.

Reporting an Issue
To report a water quality issue during our business hours of Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., please call our Customer Service Department at (909) 875-1804, and press "3".

To report a water quality issue during non-business hours, please call (909) 875-1804 and a representative from our answering service will assist you.
