I have been a Board Member since February of 2003. I have lived in the area since 1969 and currently live with my husband in Bloomington and have lived there since 1983. My husband John Gosney is a General Contractor, contracting with local cities. We have raised six boys and have eight grand children and one great grand child. I previously worked as an Office Manager for 26 years. I have just been appointed to the Bloomington Municipal Advisory Council and have been a member of Rialto Rotary since 2002. I also serve on the California Water Awareness Campaign, the Natural Water Resources Association and the Western Coalition of Arid States representing the West Valley Water District.

I was born in San Diego CA, and have been a Board Member for the District for over ten years. I have my Bachelor's Degree in Sociology as well as my Masters Degree in Educaton/Sociology. I have also completed some post graduate studies in School Administration at Cal State University San Bernardino. I have extensive teaching and administrative work in University/Community College and Public Adult Schools for the past thirty yeas. In short students and school administrators have appreciated knowing me as an "honest" and "caring" teacher. I was a past board member for the Inland Empire West Resource Conservation District as well as Special District Workers Compensation. I am currently the representative for ACWA/Region 9, National Water Recource Assocation, and the Rialto North Municipal Advisory Committee.

My name is Donald D. Olinger and I have been a Board Member for the West Valley Water District since 2003. I am married to my wife Margaret and have 3 children and 3 grandchildren. I am a retired principal and teacher and have been a resident of Rialto since 1957. I have my Bachelor's degree from Manchester College and my Master's Degree from Indiana University. I am also a United Stated Navy Veteran and have served 8 years on the Rialto Unified School Board of Education. I have received the Master Boardmanship Award as well as the Distinguished Educator Award. I am also currently a Chairperson/Trustee at the local Church and on the Rialto Unified School District Administrative Hearing Panel.

I have been a Board Member since February 2004. I currently serve on the California Water Awareness Campaign and the Bloomington Municipal Advisory Commission representing the West Valley Water District. I have lived in the Rialto/Bloomington area since 1955. I graduated from Eisenhower High School in 1961 and married my high school sweet heart in 1962. We have 3 children and 12 grand children. I began my career in the financial industry in 1961 with Dean Witter and Company and retired from Smith Barney as a senior sales assistant after 30 years.
