Beginning July 1, West Valley Water District will introduce our new payment portal system, IPaySmart. The new and improved system will allow you to more easily and efficiently manage your account and pay your bill.

When will the new system go into effect?

July 1, 2025

I’m on autopay now, do I have to do anything?

Yes, if you’d like to remain on autopay or pay your bill online, you must create an account and reenter your banking information. This will ensure that you continue to pay your bill on time.

Will I be able to see my water usage?

At this time, our water system is not currently set up to report water system usage.

Do I need to sign up if I pay by bill in person or through mail?

No, however signing up now will allow you to access your account, track payment history and manage your preferences if you ever choose to update your payment methods.

Will I need to pay convenience fee?

You will only pay a convenience fee if you choose to pay by credit/debit card. If paying by
