Billing & Rates
We believe in clean, abundant water—and making your life easier. That’s why we offer many different ways to pay your water bill. Click below to see payment options and the latest rates.
- Online Payments

You can view your bill and make an online payment using a credit card, debit card, or ACH payment from your checking or savings account through our online payment system at www.wvwd.org. You also have the option to make a one-time payment, schedule a payment, use Text-to-Pay, or enroll in automatic payments (AutoPay).

Sign up online through your bank to have utilities payments deducted from your bank account on the bill due date.

Payments can be made by telephone 7 days a week using a credit card, debit card, or ACH payment from a checking or savings account. To make a payment, call (909) 875-1804, select Option 2, and follow the prompts on your touch-tone phone.

PayNearMe allows you to pay your water bill with cash, credit card, or debit card at participating retail locations. For credit/debit card payments, scan the QR code on your bill to make your payment online. For cash payments, take your bill to a listed PayNearMe location and provide the cashier with the amount you would like to pay.
