The WVWD Customer Service Department manages customer accounts for the over 98,000 residents and customers in the District’s service area, responding to questions about billing, maintenance and other important needs. Whether you’re contacting WVWD to open an account, close an account, report a leak, communicate a maintenance issue or pay a bill, WVWD’s customer service representatives are available to help. 

We pride ourselves on our ability to provide our customers with safe, high-quality and reliable water service at a reasonable rate and in a sustainable manner. All of our customers can participate in our water conservation rebate program. Through this program, which aims to reduce water bills and improve water sustainability, we can help you reduce costs for purchasing high-efficiency equipment and appliances for your home. If you are interested in this program, please view our rebate form and contact the customer service department before making qualifying purchases or improvements.

If you have questions regarding billing or payment plans, please contact the Customer Service Department at 909-875-1804.

If you are a developer inquiring about a pending technical evaluation or inspection, please contact our Engineering Department.

If you are planning on conducting an excavation on your property, you are required under California law to notify all utilities two days in advance of the excavation to allow for utility lines to be clearly marked to avoid any potential accidents. Please call 811 to report future excavations you intend to pursue. This is a zero-cost service that will prevent any potential service disruptions or accidents that could severely damage your personnel and property. Property owners are fully liable for any accidents that result from their failure to report an excavation.
